Before I started with Laszlo, I had a not so good lifestyle with snacking and very little exercise due to family commitments. I knew I had to make a change which set me on a journey of taking up gym memberships, being given programmes and being left to my own device's. Which in turn had no accountability factor to it and no direction with my form on any of the exercises.

In joining with Laszlo I have had accountability to him which is very important for staying the course, and a personal trainer with great knowledge and great support with nutrition and stretching and rehabilitation if needed.

Laszlo is always at the end of the phone if I have questions or need advice. He is very supportive of all my achievements and is more than happy to roll back any part of my programme to enable me to achieve my goals.

I move, sleep, eat a whole lot better than I did. I need to invest in a new wardrobe due to my changing physique, without him I would be wasting my time and money in a commercial gym without anyone giving feedback.
