How much time per week?
Depend on you recovery and external stressors. I would recomend 2-4 sessions a week but there are exceptions. For example if someone needs gym for rountine and head space and they want to train 6x a week. Perfect lets do that.
Do I need a gym?
A gym is ideal especially for Strength Training and progression also fo just having a good enviroment to train in, but we can adapt with basic equipment.
